Activities for a permit for a building of groundwater supply facility (drilling permit) from MOEW and permit for water extraction from Basin Directorates under the Water Law and Ordinance No. 1 of MOEW, MPW, MH from 10.11. 2007 (SG. 87/2007)

   Service for a drilling permit includes:

• preliminary report, based on data from hydrogeological studies and evaluation the groundwater resources;
• preparing of a design of water well construction;
• providing independent suprvising for engineering design and construction of wells;
• preparation and submission of required documents in the MOEW.

   Service for water taking permit (from newly constructed or old well drilling) includes:

• experimental researches - filtration tests;
• testing of water samples in an accredited laboratory;
• drawing up a report evaluating the performance of groundwater resources;
• establishing a project for the extraction of groundwater;
• preparation and submission of required documents in the Basin Directorate.

Study and design of sanitary protection zones (SPZ) around sources of surface water and groundwater

BulGeoinvest Ltd. specializes in research and design of SPZ around water sources, as required by Ordinance No. 3/16.10.2000 on the MOEW, MPW, MH.

   The service includes:

• study of water sources and conditions for feeding and movement of water;
• geodetical measurement;
• collecting, analyzing and summarizing of data for properties;
• collecting, analyzing and summarizing of data on soils and vegetation;
• collecting, analyzing and summarizing of data on contaminants;
• Computer modeling of the sanitary protection zone;
• Preparing a design including all data and requirements of the Ordinance No. 3.
